For some groups it's about achieving a specific goal, such as: lower blood pressure, managing diabetes, regaining strength from cancer, reducing the amount of medication needed to manage chronic diseases, or incorporating a balanced approach to eating healthy. While other groups simply want a customized workout plan or new workout plan. Small group coaching involves 2 to 6 people, together!
