One on One Coaching benefits individuals wanting to gain skills practices for better balancing their life both physically and mentally. While for others it’s about achieving a specific goal, such as: lower blood pressure, managing diabetes, regaining strength from cancer, an individualized workout plan or new workout plan, incorporating a balanced approach to eating healthy, reducing the amount of medication needed to manage chronic diseases, etc . . .
Initial consultation is $75.00 and $1.00 per minute for sessions following.

Small Group Coaching
Small Group Coaching benefits those wanting to gain knowledge, skills and practices for better balancing their life both physically and mentally. For some groups it’s about achieving a specific goal, such as: lower blood pressure, managing diabetes, regaining strength from cancer, reducing the amount of medication needed to manage chronic diseases, or incorporating a balanced approach to eating healthy. While other groups simply want a customized workout plan or new workout plan. Small group coaching involves 2 to 6 people, together!
Initial consultation is $150.00 and $2.00 per minute for sessions following.
